a) Wild Safari Sights packages are subject to availability. Clients should take special care when providing their personal details to avoid unforeseen errors and disruptions. Wild Safari Sights will not take liability for clients who provide inaccurate details while booking.
b) We partner with independent accommodation providers for your safe and secure stay during the safari. Wild Safari sights will not be liable for any third-party dealings. We advise our clients to make accommodation bookings as soon as they can because of the high demand. In case the desired accommodation is fully booked, Wild Safari Sights will try its level best to substitute and work with the client to get another place. This may incur extra charges.
c) Clients who have any medical or special needs should provide this information to our team prior to booking with Wild Safari Sights. This will enable us to improve the quality of our services and to cater for special requirements. Clients are advised to get travel insurance before travelling.
d) Clients who wish to change their booking will only do so at the consent of Wild Safari Sights. We retain the right to change the programme scheduled in unforeseen circumstances.
e) Wild Safari Sights advises that you must take caution when viewing the animals and carefully follow the instructions given by either the tour guide or wildlife rangers. Wild Safari Sights will not be responsible for clients that go against tour guide instructions in case of an incident.
f) Notably, we cannot guarantee wildlife viewing even after paying for Gorilla permits because there is no assurance that the animals will be within sight on the day. Payments made for gorilla permits are non-refundable.
g) In case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the trip from going ahead such as national security issues, natural disasters, national park related concerns and others. Wildlife Safari Sights will have the discretion to act accordingly and alternatively to work with service providers so as to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
h) Wild Safari Sights ensures that the vehicles used for transportations are in good working condition to meet client standard of comfort. But in areas with poor transportation systems or vehicle breakdowns, Wildlife Safari Sights takes no liability for any unforeseen transport related incidents.
i) In the event that a client wishes to cancel the trip before it is finished. No compensation shall be given unless it is reasonable. The application of this clause will be limited to exceptional circumstances and unreasonable behaviour such as failure to follow tour guide instructions that risks lives will not be tolerated. This will lead to termination of the agreement. In the same manner, refunds shall not be given.
j) Cancellation done after reservation can be done within 4 working days and may incur charges as the team wishes. Changes to the booking are subject to availability.
k) Wild Safari Sights shall not be liable for any unforeseen physical harm or injury caused on persons in the course of the Safari nor shall we responsible for customer lost property
Clients shall pay in the currency of US dollars. The prices stated on the website may be subject to change until the client makes payment of cash or bank transfer only. Cheques shall not be accepted as a means of payment. Cash payments are ideal to cut costs of the international transaction costs met by the client. 50% Deposit shall be paid in order for Wild Safari Sights to confirm arrangements and reservations. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of delayed payment that may lead to limited spaces.
WILD SAFARI SIGHTS TOUR
Tour guides will be speaking only English and instructions from them should be obeyed to ensure safety and enjoyment of the safari.
Complaints during your stay should be reported as soon as possible so that Wildlife Safari Sights team can resolve it. If the client feels that their complaint has not been solved, they should inform the team in writing within 15 days. Any Liabilities that do not conform to the procedure shall not be accepted. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the cause of action arises.
